Started working as an engineer in 1980. He joined the firm in 1981 and made a partner and director in 1987. He was appointed as the managing director in 2002. He has acquired extensive experience in automotive plants, electronic components plants, electrical appliances, warehouse, high rise building, flatted factories, civil works, housing projects, palm oil refineries, biodiesel and all types of palm-based related industries He has provided consultancy services to:

Notable public office held by him was holding the post of Hon. Treasurer and Vice Chairman for the Institute Of Engineers Malaysia, Southern Branch in 1990-1995. He was also the chairman with the Institution Of Engineers (IEM), Southern Branch for various committees and a member of the committee / position papers for strategic plans. He is also an examiner for the Institution Of Engineers, Malaysia and was the committee member of Membership And Admission Board.

He had also rendered honorarium engineering consultancy services involving civil and structural designs for community centres and institutional buildings.

Started his career as an engineer in the Drainage and Irrigation Department in 1979. He was with Jurutera Konsultant (S.E.A.) in 1982 and joined the firm in 1983. He was made a partner and director in 1990. Since joining the firm, he has acquired extensive experience in the design and implementation of projects involving palm oil refineries, biodiesel, electronic factories, car parts assembly plants, electrical appliances factories and high rise buildings. He is also an examiner for the Institution Of Engineers, Malaysia.

Since joining the firm, he has acquired extensive experience in the design and implementation of projects involving palm oil refineries, electronic factories, electrical appliances factories and housing estates. He is also an examiner for the Institution Of Engineers, Malaysia.

Ir. Lim Keng Jit

Started his career as an engineer at the firm in 1990. He was made a partner 1998. Since joining the firm, he has acquired extensive experience in explosive and ammunition plants, automotive plants, palm oil refineries, biomass and palm-based related industries, flour mill and food industries, semiconductor & electronic components plants, clean room facilities, warehouse, high rise buildings, housing projects. He is also an examiner for the Institution Of Engineers, Malaysia Besides Malaysia, he has been involved with international projects in the following countries:
